Four-day Intensive Operations Course – The Ottro Management Rights Academy

The combination of practical hands-on experience in resort operations, including front office, maintenance, and housekeeping, along with a dedicated session on a reservation system RESLY, this is what sets this course apart from any other in the industry, we provide practical hands-on experience,  this course offers a good balance between practical skills development and theoretical.

There are 2 days spent in a classroom environment covering various aspects of Management Rights from Body Corporate, owners’ relations, holiday, permanent and much more.

The classes are capped at 12 attendees as it allows for more personalised attention and interaction, ensuring each participant receives support and guidance.
