It is the first of its kind designed specifically for the management rights industry\, and is accredited by ARAMA\, the peak industry body for the management rights industry. This program will definitely help to prepare purchasers for the assignment process and help to ensure a smooth sales transaction.\nModules covered include:\n\n\nManagement Rights legislation explained\n\n\nLetting agreements/caretaking service agreements explained\n\n\nUnderstanding the role of the on-site letting agent\n\n\nUnderstanding the role of the on-site building manager\n\n\nUnderstanding the role of the Government regulators\n\n\nUnderstanding the role of the Committee\n\n\nUnderstanding the role of the Body Corporate Manager/Strata Managing Agent\n\n\n$795 for non-ARAMA members.
