DESCRIPTION:ARAMA‘s advocacy team including ARAMA CEO Trevor Rawnsley and ARAMA Director Frank Higginson will be discussing the changes to the the various body corporate laws in the BCCM Act and the impact that this directly has on your business. The changes mostly effect governance and By Law matters including most of the “P’s” such as Pets\, Parking (Towing)\, Passive Smoking and Pulling Down (Scheme Termination). \nBy attending this session you will be fully informed of your role in implementing these property laws and what changes you need to employ in your daily duties. \nDoors open at 5:30 pm for registration and networking in time for a 6:00 pm start. \nCold drinks and tasty nibbles are provided to help stimulate the social networking discussions.
