The Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) says it’s a relief that the Queensland land tax regime was officially repealed with an amendment moved in Parliament yesterday. It comes as no surprise that Queensland’s tight residential vacancy rates have not shown any substantial signs of easing over the September quarter 2022, according to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s (REIQ) latest report released today. The managing director and I have today witnessed a rare and unusual event. While sitting in the departure lounge at Queenstown we observe what appears to be a group of fare paying passengers boarding a Jetstar flight and actually taking off. THE Winners of the prestigious THE Awards were announced at the annual ceremony on Friday Night. Hundreds of managers and industry providers were in attendance for a magical evening of fun, laugher, and oh so much dancing.
