In the three\nyears she\u2019s been with ResortBrokers in the far north, Chenoa has racked up an\nimpressive $28 million in sales from 19 deals and is now looking to continue\nthat success in her new zone. She joins ResortBrokers Senior Executive Glenn\nMillar as the company\u2019s second specialist on the Sunshine Coast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her track record\nspeaks for itself. In November 2019, Chenoa achieved the highest multiplier\n(above 4.5X) in her region in recent years with the sale of the management\nrights to the Peninsula Boutique Hotel Port Douglas. That multi-million dollar\nsale attracted national media coverage and the achievement was all the more\nmeritorious given the tough market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chenoa also hit\nthe national headlines when she and Glenn Millar sold the management rights to\nthe former Oaks Lagoons resort in Port Douglas on behalf of Minor Hotels to\nSilkari Hotels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other notable\nsales include Saltwater, The White House and Bay Villas Resort in Port Douglas\nand Jack and Newell Cairns Holiday Apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
