This is the first COVID impacted set of data and points to a reduction in Holiday\/Resort stock on the market to the lowest level we have recorded. The listing period for Permanents has halved indicating a focus on buyers on this part of the market. The Brisbane market appears to be largely unaffected at this point however and predictably the Gold Coast market has been deeply impacted with stock levels falling in all categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
