This means periodic tenancies and any fixed-term agreements that have not been renewed since 1 September 2023 will have to meet minimum housing standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The RTA has published a suite of resources to support tenants, residents, property managers and owners, with the changes around minimum housing standards.
