Yorkeys Knob has a fully furnished, air-conditioned, spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom holiday apartment available from 17th of December for 3 months. This second-floor sunny apartment features a balcony overlooking our pool and gardens, a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a smart TV, and quality furniture. Only 50m to Yorkeys Knob beach, park, and bbq area. These do not come up very often.

The resort features a solar-heated/cooled, saltwater lagoon-style pool, a secure underground car park, a lift, and a tennis/basketball court. It also has an excellent onsite cafe/restaurant.

3-month lease, $400 p/w, 2 weeks rent in advance + 4 weeks bond.
