MR Sales are pleased to welcome two new members to their team of experienced brokers in Brisbane. Tony Mancuso and Lyn Pearsall will be joining Greg Jorgensen in Brisbane listing and selling management rights.
With 25 years in the Brisbane building industry, as both a builder and developer, Tony Mancuso was heavily involved in the establishment of body corporate schemes and community management scheme statements.
Tony also has a financial interest in two manufactured home parks in Victoria and New South Wales, giving him a grass roots understanding of the industry.
Tony has been involved in the management rights industry for over 10 years having owned four Brisbane complexes, two of which were corporate let and two permanent let buildings.
Tony’s exposure in the industry has included commercial, corporate, permanent, and off the plan buildings in both a consulting and ownership role.
Tony has an extensive knowledge of body corporate legislation and has been instrumental in setting up, off the plan buildings.
Lyn Pearsall has had a career in real estate spanning 28 years, commencing with selling units then management rights in her building, Currumbin Palms Resort, in 1989.
Lyn went on to sell management rights with Dave Allen Real Estate and built a well-deserved and solid reputation for one of the most prolific sellers of management rights. Her specialty was selling off-the-plan buildings for developers; Raptis, Nikiforides, Sunland and Villaworld, to name a few.
She has owned several management rights buildings, is also a small business operator and was involved with the REIQ as chairperson of the Residence Unit Management Chapter for many years.
Lyn moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2003 to open the Sirocco building at Mooloolaba and has sold such iconic buildings as Peninsular, Landmark Zanzibar, Sirocco, Caribbean and Bluewater Resort at Mooloolaba and Maison / Bay Village Hastings Street and Marcoola Beach Resort at Marcoola.
Her enthusiasm for an industry that she loves is evident. Lyn is professional, has vast experience, negotiating skills and a great work ethic; this together with a great team at MR Sales will ensure a smooth transition.
