These include full-size oven, 4 burner hotplate, microwave oven and a large refrigerator.

Underground parking is provided for one vehicle. The basement vehicle height restriction is 2 metres. The apartment is 1 or 2 levels above the basement, with stair access only.

Rental Conditions: A Short-Term Rental Application form must be completed, (with relevant ID/references) and must be approved by Management in advance. The first 4 weeks' rent is to be paid in advance, plus a $500 cleaning/damage deposit, $50 key deposit and $120 carpet cleaning fee.
