Job Description
Sales/Marketing Assistant
(full time/part-time)

- Making cold calls, door knocking, prospecting potential clients, collecting clients details, building rapport with new clients, assisting sales consultants in making appointments, etc.
- Preparing listing advertisement (in word or video)
- Other work upon request
- Base salary with bonus on good performance

Sales Consultant
(full time/part time/contractor)

- Maret and sell real estate listings
- Reply and screen buyer enquiries
- Book and take buyer inspection
- Encourage offer and negotiate price
- Liaison on contracts signing
- Follow up contracts until settlement
- Must have real estate full license or salesperson license
- Salary + bonus / commission based only
- Good chance to work for Australian large real estate brand within 3 months time
