After rigorous reviews by the judges, the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) is thrilled to unveil the finalists for the 2024 REIQ Awards for Excellence today. Queensland’s property market is continuing its impressive run with median sales prices steadily creeping up, according to the latest data released by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ). The quarterly median sales results for the June 2024 Quarter demonstrate the Sunshine State continues to go from strength to strength in property price performance. The statewide median house price climbed 4.46 per cent over the quarter, and an impressive 12.14 per cent over the year.
