What a night, and what a history ARAMA has had over the last three decades! On May 20, more than 250 people gathered at The Glasshouse inside The Island hotel at Surfers Paradise to celebrate our association’s 30th birthday, and to honour all those who dug the well so that everyone in the industry could drink from it. The Industry Excellence Awards went off in sensational style this year with a record 140 registered attendees! Everyone I spoke to had a great time and it was absolutely fantastic to see so many managers getting involved. We had 7 Categories this year – all finalists were determined by nominations from our 440 onsite building managers throughout the year, each manager getting one 1 nomination per category.
